Michaela Staelberg (born January 22, 1995 in Krefeld ) is a German rower .

Staelberg and Gesa Lindenau took fifth place in a double scull at the 2013 Junior World Championships . In the following year she was fourth in the U23 World Championships in the four-four with Carlotta Nwajide , Frauke Hundeling and Carina Böhlert . In 2016 the double-scull won the silver medal at the U23 World Championships in the line-up of Frauke Hundeling, Anne Beenken, Juliane Faralisch and Michaela Staelberg, and at the U23 World Championships 2017 Tina Christmann, Pia Greiten, Franziska Kampmann and Michaela Staelberg received the bronze medal.

At the German Championships in 2018, she took third place. In 2018 Staelberg switched between double sculls and double fours in the rowing World Cup . At the World Championships in Plovdiv , she and Carina Bär took tenth place in the double scull. In 2019 she finished second behind Frieda Hämmerling at the German Championships . The German double scull competed at the 2019 European Championships in Lucerne as Michaela Staelberg, Julia Lier , Franziska Kampmann and Frieda Hämmerling, this team won the title ahead of the Dutch women . At the World Championships in Linz , the German double scull competed in the line-up of Daniela Schultze , Michaela Staelberg, Franziska Kampmann and Frieda Hämmerling. They took 4th place behind China, Poland and the Netherlands.
