Mikhail Voronin ( Russian Михаил Воронин ; born March 22, 1981 ) is a former Russian archery biathlete .

Mikhail Voronin was fifth in the mass start race of the 2001 Top 15 tournament in Pokljuka . The following year was all about the towering Voronin. The Russian won the overall World Cup ranking ahead of Hugo Loewert and Andrej Zupan and won medals in four of the five races at the World Championships in Pokljuka. In the individual he missed a medal, in the sprint and the pursuit race he was runner- up behind the record world champion Andrei Markow . In the sprint race he left Alberto Peracino behind, and Daniele Conte, another Italian, behind him. He won the mass start race and left Markov and Igor Samoilow behind. With these two and Ivan Maslennikow , he also won his second title with the Russian relay as the starting runner. He also won the mass start race at the Top 15 tournament in Ruhpolding in 2002 ahead of Markow and Samoilow.
