Michal Doležal (born August 19, 1977 in Teplice ) is a Czech football player .

Michal Doležal went through the youth teams of Spartak Bystřany , Sklo Union Teplice (later SK) and Sparta Prague . In 1996 he moved back to his birthplace for FK Teplice , for which he made his debut in the Gambrinus League . In the season he was given to the financially troubled second division club FK Ústí nad Labem , where he was able to collect more match practice. In 1997 he returned from bankrupt Ústí nad Labem to Teplice and became a regular player there. In the 1998/99 season he reached the runner-up with the club and thus the club's greatest success. The 1999/2000 season played Doležal at SK Hradec Králové , before he returned to Teplice in 2000 after relegation Králové, where he remained apart from two short loan periods until 2010. In 2003 and 2009 he won the Czech Football Cup with the team . While he came on as a substitute for Michal Kolomazník in the 79th minute in 2003, he was not used in the 2009 final. In the 2004/05 season, the team was third and qualified for the UEFA Cup , in which Doležal was used. In the first round 1. FC Kaiserslautern was eliminated, in round two Feyenoord Rotterdam , with Doležal also scoring one of the three Czech goals in the return leg. In the third round, the club was eliminated against Celtic Glasgow . Doležal played all six possible games. Also in 2005/06 he made both games in the first round against Espanyol Barcelona when Teplice was eliminated early. Including qualifying games and UI Cup appearances, the Czech made around 20 international games and scored two goals. In 2005/06 Teplice was fourth in the league. In the 2010/11 season he was loaned to the first division club FK Ústí nad Labem, for whom he had played 15 years earlier. He was last relegated with the team from the first division and then moved abroad for the first time. In Germany, the player, who can be used as a right midfielder or right-back, joined the ambitious fifth division club SV Germania 90 Schöneiche and became a regular player.
