Middle Fork East Branch Clarion River (also Middle Fork for short ) is a creek in Elk County in the US state of Pennsylvania .

It rises in the east of the community of Jones Township at about 665  m above sea level. The creek flows west through forested Pennsylvania State Game Lands 25 , a state hunting area. Below the East Branch Dam it flows into the East Branch Clarion River . The stream is fed by several small tributaries, the most important of which is called the Maple Run .

According to the USGS , the Middle Fork East Branch Clarion River is approximately 8.2 km long and has a catchment area of ​​16.8 km².
