The Miesach is a right tributary of the Kanzach in the Biberach district and is part of the Danube river system . It is over 8 km long, arises in the western foothills of the Federsee reed near Moosburg and initially flows approximately north-north-west. In the vicinity of Betzenweiler it joins a stream coming from Uttenweiler in the northeast and then flows west-northwest to the Dürmentingen district of Burgau , where it flows into the Kanzach.
