history

Residential and commercial building Moritzburger Strasse 33

The corner property on the northern side of Prof. Wilhelm Ring at the confluence of Prof. Wilhelm Ring and Lindenaustraße in Moritzburger Straße was built on in 1903 with a tenement house. Hermann Ebert from Dresden-Striesen, owner of a construction company, submitted the building application, which, however, was signed by the architects Schilling & Graebner as the client. The plans are signed by Heino Otto . The construction work, however, was the responsibility of the builder Felix Sommer of the Adolf Neumanns construction company .

About ten years later, Felix Sommer designed a residential and commercial building that looked almost the same, which he built in 1914/1915 at an intersection to the south at Moritzburger Strasse 33 .
