Mikael Abram (born June 9, 1996 ) is an Italian cross-country skier .

Career

Abram, who starts for the CS Esercito , took part in U18 and U20 races in the Alpencup from 2012 to 2016 . He finished ninth in the 2014/15 season and fifth place in the U20 overall ranking in the 2015/16 season . His best results at the European Youth Olympic Winter Festival 2013 in Predeal were 32nd place over 7.5 km classic and 12th place with the mixed relay. At the 2014 Junior World Ski Championships in Fiemme Valley , he came in 41st place in the skiathlon and eighth place with the relay and at the Junior World Ski Championships in Almaty on 42nd place in the skiathlon, 39th place over 10 km freestyle and in sixth place with the relay. His best placings at the 2016 Junior World Ski Championships in Râșnov were 13th place in the sprint and sixth place with the relay. In December 2016 he started in Valdidentro in the Alpine Cup for the first time and finished 66th place over 15 km classic. Beginning in February 2018 he was in Cogne at Marcialonga Light km over 45 classic second. He completed his first races in the World Cup in Cogne in February 2019. He achieved 56th place in the sprint and 54th place over 15 km classic. At the U23 World Ski Championships in Lahti in 2019 , he ran to 62nd place over 15 km freestyle, 49th place in the sprint and 44th place in the 30 km mass start race. In the 2019/20 season in St. Ulrich am Pillersee he achieved his first podium finish in the Alpine Cup with second place over 10 km freestyle and his first World Cup points with 45th place in the Tour de Ski 2019/20 .
