Mike David Ortmann
Mike David Ortmann (born October 26, 1999 in Berlin ) is a German racing driver . He has been competing in the German Formula 4 championship since 2015 .
Career
As usual in motor racing, Ortmann began his career in karting in 2010 . In 2015 he was signed by Mücke Motorsport for the newly established German Formula 4 Championship and was twelfth in the championship at the end of the season. Ortmann also completed two race weekends in the Italian Formula 4 Championship , also with Mücke . For his first season Ortmann was the ADAC award 2015 Sportsman of the Year of the ADAC Berlin Brandenburg awarded. In 2016 Ortmann stayed with Mücke in Formula 4. With three wins, Ortmann came third in the overall standings. In the 2017 season he will compete for Mücke in the ADAC GT Masters .
Private
Ortmann is completing an apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician .
