Graham was born in Dublin, Ireland, in August 1972. In 1993 he joined the Irish successful band Boyzone . With this band Graham celebrated his biggest hit in 1998 with No Matter What (the song from the musical Whistle Down the Wind by Andrew Lloyd Webber ).
In 2000 the band split and Graham released his first album Meet Me Halfway with 13 self-composed works.
In 2008 the band went on a big tour in Great Britain again. In 2010 he took part in the fifth season of the figure skating show Dancing on Ice .

His daughter Hannah was born on April 30, 1996; Graham later separated from her mother, Sharon Keane. On his birthday in 2004, he married Karen Corradi.
