society

Mikkel Bischoff, who was born to a Danish mother and a Kenyan father on the Danish island of Amager , started playing football at Kjøbenhavns Boldklub . He later went to Fremad Amager's youth , before joining AB Copenhagen in 2001 , where he continued to play in the youth at times.

In 2002 he went abroad and exchanged for 750,000 pounds to Manchester City . On September 15, 2002 (6th matchday) he completed his first league game in the 2-2 draw against Blackburn Rovers , but was substituted in the 61st minute for Danny Tiatto , who left the field only seven minutes later with a red card had to. This was his only game for the Citizens due to many injuries . At the end of September 2004 he was loaned to Wolverhampton Wanderers for a month , after which the loan period was extended for another month. On November 6, he scored the decisive 2-1 winner just before half-time in his sixth and penultimate league game for the Wolves against Nottingham Forest . After seven games he went back to Manchester . But on March 24, 2005 he returned to Wolverhampton when he was loaned out to the club for two more months. But after only four league games, the loan was already over. Only a year later, in March 2006, it was awarded again to an association, this time to Sheffield Wednesday . But since this loan was limited to just one month, he only played four games for the Owls .

On June 12, 2006, he moved to Coventry City , where he signed a contract until June 2008. But after only three short appearances, he moved back to Brøndby IF in January 2007 for free . There he and his team won the Danish Football Cup in 2008 when they beat Team Esbjerg fB 3-2 in the final .
