Drahanská vrchovina microregion

Twelve municipalities are united in the Drahanská vrchovina microregion in Okres Vyškov ( Czech Republic ). Almost eight thousand people live there on 114 km². The largest place is Drnovice (2,200 inhabitants). Račice-Pístovice has more than a thousand inhabitants . Most of the municipalities are located in the southern tip of the microregion, Drnovice, Habrovany, Nemojany and Luleč already partly belong to the Vyškovská brána . However, this part is sparsely populated due to military installations.
