Milad Intezar (born November 4, 1992 in Kabul ) is a Dutch - Afghan football player . He is under contract with the Dutch club FC Lienden and has been an Afghan international since 2016 .

Career

society

Intezar was born in the Afghan capital Kabul and came to the Netherlands at the age of four . He began playing football at CVV Renkum and, at the age of nine, moved to the youth team of the honorary division NEC Nijmegen . For the 2011/12 season, however, he had to leave the club, which he later described as the low point of his career. He then moved to FC Oss in the Eerste Divisie . The defender made his debut in the second division on October 28, 2011 (11th matchday) in the 2-0 defeat against FC Eindhoven . In total, Intezar played 15 times in the league and left the club at the end of the season. After a year at DIO '30 Druten , he moved to the then fourth division club FC Lienden . After a 10th place in the first season, they won the championship and also the relegation games against the Kozakken Boys in the 2014/15 season , but they waived promotion. Only in the following season you rose after the renewed championship.

National team

Together with his club colleagues Anoush Dastgir and Esmat Shanwary , Intezar was invited to a training camp for the Afghan national team in Dubai in 2015 . However , he did not get to play in the friendly against Laos (2-0) and Bangladesh . It was not until September 5, 2016 that he made his debut in the national jersey in the 2-0 defeat against Lebanon ; in the 72nd minute he saw the yellow-red card for repeated foul play .
