Miloslava Lauerová (born June 11, 1978 in Karlovy Vary ) is a former Czech volleyball player and current trainer.

Career

Lauerová began her career with the Lokomotiva Teplice association in Teplice . She later played for VK TU Liberec before moving to the Swiss Volleyball Franches-Montagnes club. In 2003 Libera was signed by the German Bundesliga club VfB 91 Suhl . In the Bundesliga she was third with the Thuringians after two sixth places and one fifth place in the 2006/07 season . The team also improved in the DVV Cup and made it to the semi-finals twice in 2006 and 2007 . In the 2007/08 Lauerová achieved the greatest success with Suhl when the team won the cup against NA Hamburg . The league season ended Suhl in fourth place. A year later things went worse with the knockout round in the cup and seventh place in the Bundesliga . Lauerová then moved to Croatia to Zadar Donat. In 2014 she returned to Suhl. In the 2014/15 season, the team was eliminated in the second round of the cup and tenth in the pre-playoffs of the Bundesliga . In the next year, Suhl went one round in the DVV Cup , but missed relegation in the Bundesliga . In 2016/17 there was another early break in the cup and in the league . After the 2017/18 season, she ended her career and took over as assistant coach at VfB Suhl.
