Mindauga's mitzgaitis

Mindaugas Mizgaitis (born October 14, 1979 in Kaunas ) is a Lithuanian wrestler who fights primarily in the Greco-Roman style.

Life

Mindaugas Mizgaitis has been involved in the sport since 1997 . His coaches are Valentinas Mizgaitis, Grigorijus Kozovskis, Ruslanas Vartanovas. His former coach was Vytautas Burakauskas.

Mindaugas Mizgaitis graduated from the Faculty of Sports Education of the Lithuanian Sports Academy with a bachelor's degree . Mindaugas Mizgaitis is a member of the Lithuanian Volunteer Corps ( Krašto apsaugos savanorių pajėgos ).

At the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing , Mindaugas Mizgaitis first won the bronze medal in the Greco-Roman style, class up to 120 kg (super heavyweight) on August 14, 2008 ( 2008 Summer Olympics / wrestling ). Chassan Barojew , caught in 2016 for doping, had to surrender his silver medal to Mizgaitis.
