Mirjam Meinhardt-Krug

Mirjam Meinhardt-Krug (* 1981 in Friedberg ) is a German television presenter and journalist .

Life

Meinhardt graduated from high school in Idstein in 2000 . She completed her studies in journalism and business administration at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in September 2007 with a Magister Artium . In between she studied Communication Studies at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow from March 2003 to July 2003.

From 2002 to 2006 she worked for SWR4 Rhineland-Palatinate , and from 2003 to 2005 also for Hessischer Rundfunk . From 2005 to 2007 she worked for the taz . From 2008 to 2010 she completed a journalistic traineeship at SWR . Since then she has been working as an editor at SWR, SWR Daily Talk, SWR2 Aktuell. Since March 9, 2020, she has been the presenter of the morning track in the ZDF morning magazine .

She also worked as an author for numerous church-related magazines, bistumsinfo (since 1999), the Apostle of the Arnstein Fathers magazine (2002–2008) and the magazine Weg mit Franziskus of the Thuringian Franciscan Province (1999–2008).

She is also a member of the Catholic peace movement Pax Christi .

Today she lives in Baden-Baden and Berlin .
