Mirker Rotte

The Mirker Rottenberg was to the 19th century one of the lowest administrative units in the rural outskirts of the Bergisch City Elberfeld and the parish Elberfeld in the district Elberfeld the administrative district of Dusseldorf within the Prussian Rhine Province .
