Miroslava Kuciaková (born January 31, 1989 in Žilina ) is a Slovak volleyball player .

Career

Kuciaková began her career in her hometown with ŠK ŽU Žilina. In 2007, the outside attacker moved to VK Doprastav Bratislava . With the club she won the national championship in 2008. A year later she was runner-up. With the Slovak national team Kuciaková took part in the European Championships in Poland . In 2010 there was the next championship title and Bratislava reached the cup final. Then Kuciaková moved within the city to Slávia Bratislava . With the new club, she managed the double of championship and cup victory in the first season. 2010 and 2011 Kuciaková took part with Natália Dubovcová in the U23 European championship in beach volleyball . In 2013, the outside attacker played for TH Sokol Šternberk for a few months before returning to Slávia Bratislava. In 2014 and 2015 she was named the best player in the Slovak league. In 2015 she won the championship and cup double again. Then she moved to the German Bundesliga team Ladies in Black Aachen . The Aacheners were eliminated in the pre-playoffs of the 2015/16 Bundesliga season and had to file for bankruptcy, which is why Kuciaková left the club after one season.

Kuciaková has three brothers who all play football as goalkeepers .
