The Central Danube power stations AG is a company founded on July 18, 1979 subsidiary of Rhein-Main-Donau AG , based in Munich , the owner of four hydroelectric power plants on the middle Danube between Dillingen and Donauwörth is. The company is owned by Rhein-Main-Donau AG with a share of 60% and by Lechwerke AG with 40% .

The management of the power plants lies with Bayerische Elektrizitätswerke GmbH in Augsburg .
