Moacir Silva Arantes
Moacir Silva Arantes (born June 3, 1969 in Itapecirica , Minas Gerais , Brazil ) is a Brazilian clergyman and Roman Catholic auxiliary bishop in Goiânia .
Life
Moacir Silva Arantes was ordained a priest for the diocese of Divinópolis on August 14, 1999 .
Pope Francis appointed him titular bishop of Tituli in Numidia and auxiliary bishop in Goiânia on May 11, 2016 . He received his episcopal ordination on August 13th of the same year by the former Bishop of Divinópolis, José Belvino do Nascimento . Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Goiânia, Washington Cruz CP , and the Bishop of Divinópolis, José Carlos de Souza Campos .
