The Modiran Vehicle Manufacturing Company , with acronym on MVM cut is a company founded in 2001, joint venture of Chery Automobile with Kerman Khodro . The company is based in Tehran and produces the vehicles under its own brand name. Around 1500 people work in the company.

The manufacturer's products include the MVM 110 microcar , the MVM 530 mid-range sedan and the MVM X33 sports utility vehicle .
