Mokdad el-Yamine (born July 13, 1986 ) is an Algerian Taekwondoin who competed internationally for France until 2006 . It starts in the weight class up to 58 kilograms.

El-Yamine played his first international title fights at the Junior World Championships 2002 in Heraklion and the Junior European Championships 2003 in Athens , where he reached the second round in the lightest class up to 48 kilograms. In the adult sector, he reached the quarter-finals at his first European championship in Bonn in 2006 . After a long break from competition, el-Yamani started for Algeria for the first time in 2009. He took part in the World Championships in Copenhagen , but retired in the class up to 54 kilograms against Seifula Magomedow in his opening fight . El-Yamine celebrated his greatest sporting success so far at the Pan-African Games 2011 in Maputo , where he won the title in the class up to 54 kilograms. The following year he reached the final against Tamer Bayoumi at the African Olympic qualification tournament in Cairo in the class up to 58 kilograms and secured participation in the 2012 Olympic Games in London .
