Momentum Quarterly is an open access scientific journal that appears four times a year at the end of a quarter.

The interdisciplinary journal - founded in 2012 - aims to establish a closer discursive and content-related link between science and politics. The magazine is managed by an executive editor who also acts as editor. The editors include Leonhard Dobusch ( University of Innsbruck ), Astrid Mager ( Institute for Technology Assessment ), Dennis Tamesberger (Chamber of Labor ) and Stefanie Wöhl ( University of Applied Sciences of the bfi Vienna ). The editorial work is supported by a scientific advisory board, which is also responsible for the quality and orientation of the journal. Members of the advisory board include a .:

The manuscripts submitted for publication go through an assessment process. The principle of mutual anonymity ( double-blind review ) applies . Reviewers are advisory board members who are supported in their work by the editorial team. The magazine also publishes selected articles from the annual Momentum Congress , which has been taking place since 2008.

The articles published in the open access journal can be accessed online free of charge. These contributions are under the Creative Commons Attribution License (by) and can be used provided the source is acknowledged.
