The Monte Musinè is a 1150 m high mountain in the Alps .
geography
Monte Musinè is located on the southern edge of the Graian Alps on the border of the northern Italian municipalities of Caselette , Almese and Val della Torre . From the summit of the Musinè one has a view over the city of Turin , the Susa valley and over the mountains Rocciamelone , Monte Viso and Monte Rosa .
history
A large summit cross has stood on the summit of Musinè since 1901 .

The mountain has been a Natura 2000 area of 1524 hectares since 2003 (Site code: IT1110081, name: Monte Musinè e Laghi di Caselette ).
