Mouez hating ( Arabic معز حسن, DMG Muʿizz Ḥasan ; * March 5, 1995 in Fréjus ) is a French - Tunisian football player . The goalkeeper and Tunisian international is under contract with Cercle Brugge .

Career

Mouez Hassen started his career at Stade Raphaëlois in 2005 and joined Étoile Fréjus-Saint-Raphaël in 2009 . After a year he switched to the youth team at OGC Nice . After the end of his youth, he moved up to the squad of the first team and made his Ligue 1 debut on September 25, 2013 in the 2-0 defeat by FC Nantes . In the 2014/15 season and in the first half of the 2015/16 season he was Nice goalkeeper. At the end of January 2017, Hassen was loaned to Southampton FC until the end of the season after he had not played in the season up to then . The season 2017/18 played Hassen on loan at French second division LB Châteauroux . When his contract ended, Hassen left OGC Nice on June 30, 2019 and was initially without a club.

At the end of October 2019, he signed a contract with the Belgian first division company Cercle Bruges for the rest of the season with an option for the 2020/21 season. The club was at the bottom of the table at that time.

National team

Hassen went through all of the French Football Association's national teams from the U16 . On May 23, 2014, he played for the U20 national team for the first time in a 1-1 draw against China . He made his debut for the U21 team on March 25, 2015 in a 6-0 win over Estonia . Hassen completed a total of 14 missions for French national teams.

On March 27, 2018, Hassen made his debut in the 1-0 win in the friendly against Costa Rica in the Tunisian national team . He was appointed to the Tunisian squad for the 2018 World Cup in Russia . In the first game against England ( 1: 2 ), Hassen had to be replaced after 16 minutes due to a shoulder injury and was then replaced by Farouk Ben Mustapha for the rest of the tournament .

At the Africa Cup of 2019 , he was in goal in five games and reached the semi-finals with his team.
