Reservoirs flowed through Lac du Mas Chaban

The Moulde is a river in France that runs in the Charente department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region . It rises in the municipality of Le Lindois and generally drains in a north-easterly direction. It crosses several reservoirs, including the Lac du Mas Chaban (176 ha surface) and after 18 kilometers flows into the Charente as a left tributary near Suris .

The lake area with the name Lacs de Haute-Charente is - although it is in the neighboring region - associated with the nearby Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park .
