Mount Crowder is a striking and 2485 m high mountain in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Monteath Hills of the Victory Mountains, it rises 10 km northeast of Mount Tararua .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it using its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1969 after Dwight F. Crowder (1925-1970), geologist at Hallett Station between 1964 and 1965.
