Mount Finch is a 2100  m highest mountain in East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Victory Mountains, it rises on the west side of the mouth of the Trainer Glacier in the Trafalgar Glacier .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own measurements and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1960 to 1964. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1970 after Lieutenant Jerry L. Finch, operations officer and aircraft commander of the VX-6 squadron Operation Deep Freeze of 1968.
