Mount Harper is a 1,405  m high mountain in Queen Elizabeth Land, West Antarctica . In the southern Neptune Range of the Pensacola Mountains it rises 3 km west of Mount Kaschak .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1956 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1968 after Ronald B. Harper, electronics engineer at Ellsworth Station in the Antarctic winter of 1958.
