Mount Irvine is a 2067 m high mountain in East Antarctic Victoria Land . It rises between Vogler Peak and Hoehn Peak from the Roa Ridge in the Asgard Range of the Transantarctic Mountains on the watershed between the head ends of the Bartley and Matterhorn glaciers .
The New Zealand Geographic Board (NZGB) named him in 1998 after Robin Irvine (1929-1996), Vice Chancellor of the University of Otago and chairman of the Ross Dependency Research Committee and the NZGB.
