Mount Toogood is a 2100  m high mountain in East Antarctica Victoria Land . In the Daniels Range of the Usarp Mountains, it rises on the south side of the head end of the Edwards Glacier .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it on the basis of its own surveys and with the help of aerial photographs of the United States Navy from the years between 1960 and 1963. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1970 after the British geologist David John Toogood (* 1940), who in the frame of the United States Antarctic Research Program from 1967 to 1969 worked in two consecutive Antarctic summer campaigns at McMurdo Station .
