The Musík is a right tributary of the Moldau / Vltava in the Czech Republic .

The music springs from a nameless pond in Ústupenice. Its source lies in a ground surrounded by the hills Na Věnci (492 m nm), Pačiska (504 m nm), Kamenná (515 m nm) and Kozelkov (507 m nm) in the Středočeská pahorkatina . The stream flows past the villages of Oříkov and Nová Hospoda along its northwestern headwaters. Between Třebnice and Solopysky, the Musík heads north and flows into the Vrbsko pond at Břekova Lhota. Below the dam, the state road I / 18 between Příbram and Sedlčany bridges the stream. The further course of the Musík leads past Dublovice , Příčovy and Kačerov, then the stream is dammed in the Musík ( music pond ). With an area of ​​50 hectares, it is the largest pond in the Sedlčany area. Then follow the villages of Červený, Nalžovice , Chlum and Vrah along the Musík , where the brook flows through the pond U Vrahu. The lower course of the Musík leads past Nová Ves, Pazderny, Baňov, Nalžovické Podhájí and Žďár. Then the brook forms a deep wooded valley, the lower part of which has been flooded between Přední Hluboká, Zadní Hluboká and Hrazany since 1955 over a length of about two kilometers through the Slapy reservoir. After 13.7 kilometers, the Musík flows into the Vltava between the (new) settlement Luhy and Hrazany .

At the confluence of the Musík with the Vltava, the rafting inn Sejce used to be located. Like the Luhy settlement not far from it in the Musíktal, it was flooded with the construction of the Slapy dam.
