Musa Hajdari (born October 11, 1987 in Kosovska Kamenica , SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Kosovar middle-distance runner. He specializes in the distance of 800 meters.

Career

On June 1, 2013, Hajdari made his international professional debut at the Yılmaz Sazak Athletics Meeting in Istanbul . Here he won the mile race with a time of 4: 17.73 minutes. On May 1st, 2015 he finished second behind Dušan Babić over 1500 meters in the competition in Bar (Montenegro) . In the same year Hajdari took part in the 2015 World Athletics Championships in Beijing, he finished 21st over 800 meters. At the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro a year later he was over 800 with a time of 1: 48.41 minutes m thirty-fourth. In 2017, Hajdari took 6th place over 1500 meters at the Francophonie Games . In 2018 he was eliminated over 1500 meters at the World Indoor Championships and later in the year over 800 meters at the Mediterranean Games and European Championships in the preliminary run. Over 800, 1000 and 1500 meters and over a mile, Musa Hajdari holds the national record.
