The Mutkogel is a 3,309 meter high mountain in Tyrol in the Ötztal Alps on the Weißkamm . It is located south of the Tiefenbachkogel and east of the Mittelbergferner , between this and the Tiefenbachferner. The summit can be reached from the Tiefenbachferner ski area via the north ridge. The ascent from the Braunschweiger Hütte takes two to three hours to walk. It can be reached via the south ridge by climbing grade I on the UIAA scale .
