The NÖLB 1-3 were three narrow gauge - Steam railcars of the Lower Austrian State Railways (NÖLB).

In 1903, the NÖLB acquired three small steam railcars with a track width of 760 mm. The railcars had the axle formula A1 and were manufactured by Komarek . Numbers 1 and 2 had slightly larger bowls than number 3 (see table). The boilers corresponded to the original Komarek design, which did not prove itself. Often there were leaks in the pipes. The boilers were also difficult to maintain and the pipes quickly became unusable due to scale deposits due to poor water quality (for locomotives ).

Because of these inadequacies, the vehicles were retired between 1908 and 1911.
