The N15 is a trunk road in Burkina Faso that connects Ouahigouya with Pouytenga .
The highway begins as part of the N2 in Ouahigouya and branches off in Koudougou. It is not paved, the only exception is the section between Pouytenga and the connection to the N4 . The N15 passes several smaller places.
