The N4 is a trunk road in Burkina Faso that connects the capital Ouagadougou with the eastern city of Fada N'Gourma . The trunk road is 215 kilometers long.
It begins in the capital Ouagadougou and leads over a dry savannah and several small towns to Fada N'Gourma. There it crosses the N6, which continues to Niamey ( Niger ). The entire road is paved and, together with the N3 , it is the only trunk road in the capital that does not have two lanes in each direction.
