The N8 is a trunk road in Burkina Faso that connects the second largest city Bobo-Dioulasso with the western border with Mali . It is 130 kilometers long.

The highway begins in Bobo-Dioulasso and runs through the flat savannah to the border with Mali. The N8 is entirely paved and crosses the towns of Orodara and Koloko . The trunk road ends at the border and on the Malian side an unnumbered road continues to Sikasso .

The N8 is an important connection between Burkina Faso and Mali and one of the few cross-border connections with Mali that has been paved. It is the fastest route from Bobo-Dioulasso to the Malian capital Bamako .
