Wolynska started in 2006 at international orienteering championships. After she did not appear in 2009 and 2010, she achieved her best result to date at the 2011 World Championships in France with a 15th place in the middle distance. At the World Games 2013 in Colombia she caused a sensation for the first time with a fourth place in the sprint and a third place in the middle distance behind the Finn Minna Kauppi and the Swede Tove Alexandersson . At the end of the 2013 World Cup season, she was third in the Post Finance Sprint in Baden . In 2014, a few days before her 30th birthday, she won the silver medal in the sprint at the European Championships in Palmela, Portugal . Wolynska was two seconds behind the Swiss Judith Wyder . Wolynska took sixth place in the middle distance. At the 2014 World Championships in Italy, she missed a medal by one second in the sprint with fourth place. In the mixed sprint relay, which was held for the first time, she was fifth in the Ukrainian team with Olha Panchenko , Pawlo Uschkwarok and Ruslan Glibow .
Wolynska already ran internationally for the clubs Espoon Suunta (Finland) and OK Skogsfalken (Sweden). She is currently in the squad of the Swedish club OK Orion . In 2013 she became the Swedish champion in night orienteering.
