Natallja Vladimirovna Baschynskaja , born Natallja Vladimirovna Sytschowa , ( Russian Наталья Владимировна Сычёва, Наталья Владимировна Башинская ) * 12. March 1964 in Beloretsk , Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic , Soviet Union , is a former Soviet and Belarusian biathlete and current biathlon coach.

Natallja Baschynskaja began biathlon in the Soviet Union in 1984 and was one of the first members of the Belarusian national team under her maiden name Sycheva after the association was founded in the course of the collapse of the Soviet Union . She had her greatest success when she was able to start at the Biathlon World Championships in Borovets in 1993 . In the individual, she ran to 30th place, was 12th in the sprint and with Natalia Permiakowa , Natallja Ryschankowa and Svetlana Paramygina fifth in the relay race. With the team she won the silver medal in the same line-up behind France and ahead of Poland. In the Biathlon World Cup she achieved her best individual result in the 1992/93 season with 19th place in the sprint in Östersund , and in Pokljuka and Kontiolahti she was also in the points this season. Her name last appeared in the results lists in the 1994/95 season .

Baschynskaja initially lived in Minsk and since 2012 has been working as a biathlon trainer for children in the youth sports school СДЮСШОР №3 ( SDJuSSchOR Nr.3 ) in Oktyabrsky in her home town of Bashkortostan .
