Nathalie Blomqvist (born April 20, 2001 in Jakobstad ) is a Finnish athlete who competes in medium and long-distance running .

Athletic career

Nathalie Blomqvist gained her first international experience in 2017 when she finished fourth in the 1,500 meter run at the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) in Győr in 4: 26.98 minutes . The following year she finished seventh at the U18 European Championships there in 4: 25.20 minutes and took part in the youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires in autumn , where she came in sixth. In 2019 she was fourth in the 3000 meter run at the U20 European Championships in Borås in 9: 32.44 min and in December she reached 25th place in the U20 rankings after 15:04 min at the European Cross Country Championships in Lisbon .

In 2020 Blomqvist became Finnish indoor champion in the 800 and 1500 meter races.
