The Montenegrin Magistralni put M2-3 leads from Budva via Cetinje to Podgorica .

Route

The M2-3 branches off from the M2 near Budva and runs as a well-developed pass road in a northerly direction over the Paštrovska Gora mountain range to Cetinje. There the M2-3 swings in a north-westerly direction and also leads to Podgorica, which is well developed. There the M2-3 ends at an intersection with the M18 .

Since the M2-3 is much better developed than the M2, all traffic from the west ( Tivat , Kotor , Herceg Novi , Croatia ) to Podgorica is carried over it.
