The Montenegrin Magistralni put M9 leads from Berane to the Kosovar border at the beginning of the Rugova Gorge .

Route

The road M9 branches off from the M2 in Berane and leads via Andrijevica , Murino and the Čakorpass to the Kosovar border. Since the border at this point has been closed since the Kosovo War, the road connection over the Čakorpass is currently meaningless. However, the opening of the border is planned and in this context the pass road, which until then was largely unpaved, was paved and expanded in 2011.
