The Telašćica Nature Park is a nature park in Croatia , which is located on the southeastern tip of the island of Dugi Otok (Croatian for "long island"). The nature park is known, among other things, for its high cliffs and the salt lake Mir ("Peace"). It can be easily reached from the port of Zadar . The port of Telašćica was once called Porto Tajer .
The administrative center of the nature park is located in Sali on the island of Dugi Otok . The nature park borders directly on the Kornati National Park in the south . In the Telašćica bay there are some smaller islands and rock islets (Korotan, Galijola, Gozdenjak, Farfarikulac, Gornji Školj and Donji Školj).
