The Bergehalde Pluto-Wilhelm nature reserve is a 12.3 hectare nature reserve in the Wanne district of the North Rhine-Westphalian city of Herne . It was set up in 2005 on a heap of the former Pluto colliery . The protection serves to preserve a secondary biotope in the urban-industrial environment.

Several paths lead through the nature reserve. Since 2014 there has been a small viewing platform on the dump plateau , which offers a good panoramic view of the area.
