Nebularin (also purinosin ) is a nucleoside . It consists of the β- D -Ribofuranose (sugar) and the purine . This makes it the simplest purine nucleoside. It is a powerful adenosine deaminase inhibitor .

Occurrence

Nebularin was isolated from the foggy gray funnel ( Clitocybe nebularis ). The name was derived accordingly from the part of the name nebularis .
