Nelson Wilfredo Bonilla Sánchez , or just Nelson Bonilla (born September 11, 1990 in San Salvador ) is a Salvadoran football player who currently plays in Thailand in the Thai League for Bangkok United .
Career
society
He learned to play football at Nejapa FC in El Salvador . Nelson signed his first contract with Alianza FC, based in the country's capital . Here he scored 20 goals from 2011 to 2014. In 2014 he moved to Europe . Here he signed a contract with the Romanian club FC Viitorul Constanța . In 25 games he scored 7 goals. In mid-2015 he signed a contract with the Azerbaijani club Zirə FK . After 29 games and 14 goals, he went to Portugal and joined Nacional Funchal , also known as Nacional Madeira. After 14 games and 2 goals in 2016, he was awarded the 2017 season to Turkey to the local Gazişehir Gaziantep FK . In 2017 he changed clubs within Portugal. He joined the second division UD Oliveirense , where he only met twice in 6 games. In 2018 he signed a contract with the Thai first division club Sukhothai FC . Here he ran 33 times and scored 25 hits. In the top scorers list, he reached fourth place. After a successful year in Sukhothai, he was signed by the capital club Bangkok United in early 2019 . In 20 games, he scored 16 times in 2019. In August 2020, he was loaned to league rivals Port FC .
