Sukhothai FC ( Thai : สโมสร ฟุตบอล จังหวัด สุโขทัย ) is a football club from Thailand in the Sukhothai Province . The club currently plays in the highest Thai soccer league, the Thai League .
Sukhothai FC was founded in 2009 and they competed in Division 2 North. They finished the first season with a seventh place. After six years in Division 2, they were promoted to Division 1, Thailand's second division, in 2015. After only one year in the second division, they rose to the Thai Premier League . Sukhothai FC has been playing in the highest Thai football league, the Thai League, since 2016 . In the first year of his membership in the House of Lords one managed a seventh place in the table. As a finalist of the FA Cup 2016, Sukhothai qualified for the AFC Champions League 2017.

Sukhothai FC plays its home games at Thung Thalay Luang Stadium (Thai: สนาม ฟุตบอล ทะเลหลวง). The stadium is located in Ban Kluai in Sukhothai Province . The stadium has space for 8,000 visitors and is approved as a venue for AFC Champions League games. The stadium is owned by the Sukhothai Provincial Administration Organization .
