The Netzsch Group is a global family company in mechanical engineering with its headquarters in Selb , Bavaria . The Netzsch Group employs more than 3,700 people worldwide at 210 locations on all continents . The headquarters of the company and the “Analyzing and Testing” and “Grinding and Dispersing” divisions are based in Selb, Upper Franconia, for the “Pumps and Systems” division in Waldkraiburg , Upper Bavaria .

history

Thomas and Christian Netzsch founded the family business in Selb in 1873. In 1931 the company headquarters are relocated from Selb to Asch / Böhmen . Reconstruction begins in Selb in 1946. In 1969 the first subsidiary outside of Europe was founded in Exton , USA, and in 1973 in Pomerode , Brazil .

Business areas

The mechanical engineering company produces in three independent business areas: "Analyzing and Testing", "Grinding and Dispersing" and "Pumps and Systems". The three issues of thermal analytical equipment for research and development , mills and dispersers for procedural treatment stages dispersing, wet / dry grinding and sifting and pumps and systems for various development tasks. The devices and machines are used for almost all industries . The three business areas are subordinate to Erich Netzsch GmbH und Co. Holding KG, based in Selb, Upper Franconia .
