New building (Hartmannsdorf-Reichenau)

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Neubau is part of the Hartmannsdorf-Reichenau community . The village emerged from the former Vorwerk Heilsberg and in 1835 was partially incorporated into the then independent communities Hartmannsdorf and Reichenau as well as Frauenstein .

The scattered settlement Heilsberg, later called Neubau, was laid out in the second half of the 16th century on the desert corridors of Helbigsdorf and Haselborn . In both of the later desolations combined there were six hooves . The new building is now on the corridors of Frauenstein, Hartmannsdorf and Reichenau.

In 1791 the new building belonged to the Frauenstein office and from 1875 to the Dippoldiswalde office . After the town was divided into three, the Frauenstein part became part of the Brand-Erbisdorf district and was therefore in the Karl-Marx-Stadt district , while the Hartmannsdorf and Reichenau parts became part of the Dippoldiswalde district in the Dresden district . After the district reform in 1994, the Frauenstein part came to the Freiberg district , the rest to the Weißeritz district . With the renewed district reform of Saxony in 2008 , the Frauenstein part of the Central Saxony district and the Hartmannsdorfer and Reichenauer parts of the Saxon Switzerland-Eastern Ore Mountains district.

In 1791 14 people lived in Neubau and the associated Steinbrückmühle , in 1834 there were 225. The town of Steinbrückmühle sank in early 1932 when the Lehnmühle dam was flooded . The building material obtained from the demolition of the building there was reused in the construction of the dam café in the new building.
