The Neue Pressegesellschaft , based in Ulm, employs around 2100 people who work in the areas of editorial, advertising, reader market, marketing, events and administration. In the distribution area in southwest and east Germany, the daily newspapers of the partner network Südwest Presse , the Märkische Oderzeitung and Lausitzer Rundschau reach around 1.1 million readers per day. The online news portal südwestpresse.de reaches an average of 1.47 million unique users per month with local and national reporting. The Märkische Oderzeitung reaches an average of 0.28 million unique users online and the news portal of the Lausitzer Rundschau 0.69 million unique users per month.
In addition to the daily newspapers of the Südwest Presse and its partner titles, Märkische Oderzeitung and Lausitzer Rundschau, advertising papers and publications are part of the portfolio of the Neue Pressegesellschaft. Another component are media services from investments in the radio and television sector, through logistics service providers to agency and call center services.
The owners of the Neue Pressegesellschaft are Ebner Pressegesellschaft mbh & Co. KG and ZVD Mediengesellschaft mbH , each with 50% of the shares.
Locations
The Südwest Presse network includes 20 local editions that cover around a third of the area of Baden-Württemberg. While the supraregional part is produced for everyone in the central editorial office in Ulm, the individual local parts are created on site.
In 2012, the Neue Pressegesellschaft took over 100 percent of the shares in Märkische Oderzeitung | Märkischen Oderzeitung, which also includes the Oranienburger Generalanzeiger and the advertising papers Brawo, Märker, Märkischer Markt and Märkischer Sonntag.
In 2018, the Neue Pressegesellschaft acquired 100 percent of the Lausitzer Rundschau through its subsidiary Märkisches Medienhaus.

In terms of content, the advertising papers of the Neue Pressegesellschaft focus in particular on service and advice topics, information from the region and entertaining elements. They reach around 2 million households every week. The four advertising papers in Brandenburg have a particularly high circulation with a circulation of around 1.2 million copies per week.

Edition
Illustrated books were created from pictures in the Neue Pressegesellschaft's picture archive. These illustrated books are available on cities and regions - as well as on the subject of art or leisure. In addition to the illustrated books, there are leisure tips or travel guides.

Media service Ulm
Mediaservice Ulm is integrated into the Neue Pressegesellschaft as an advertising agency. As a service provider, she takes care of media products such as inserts and magazines, photographs and develops images from company logos to online banners.
NAK Official Journal
The NAK publishing house produces 37 official journals in the districts of Alb-Donau, Neu-Ulm, Biberach and Reutlingen.
Hapag-Lloyd travel agency
The SÜDWEST PRESSE + Hapag-Lloyd travel agency has existed since the 1980s. With 60 employees, it is one of the largest offices in southern Germany.
Radio7
Radio 7 brings the hits as well as local topics and news from the broadcasting area in southeast Baden-Württemberg and from around the world. There are studios in Ulm, Aalen, Ravensburg and Tuttlingen. There is also an office in Konstanz that is responsible for Switzerland.
Berlin radio
The Berliner Rundfunk 91.4 went on 1 January 1992 as the successor transmitter of the GDR radio station Berliner Rundfunk broadcasting and was the first commercial station in eastern Germany. Today, the Berliner Rundfunk broadcasts a full 24-hour program and, musically, is based primarily on the hits of the 70s and 80s. The Berliner Rundfunk is based at the town hall in Steglitz.
Radio rainbow
The station Radio Regenbogen, based in Mannheim, has its official broadcasting area in the western part of Baden-Württemberg, which includes most of Baden. However, it can also be received in neighboring areas of Württemberg, Hesse, the Palatinate, Alsace and Switzerland. There are further studios in Freiburg, Karlsruhe and Offenburg.
TV for the region
Regio TV Schwaben is a regional television broadcaster with a broadcasting area in the Baden-Württemberg districts of Alb-Donau, Biberach, Heidenheim, Ostalb and the city of Neu-Ulm and the Bavarian district of Neu-Ulm. Regio TV Schwaben can be received via the cable network as well as via live stream on the Internet.
